We coach real women in the real world and help them achieve their goals without creating extremes in their lifestyle that would be unsustainable. Our coaching and approach starts with understanding you as a client, really hearing what you want to achieve and why, what the obstacles in the way are, and then creating a blueprint for you to get to your goals AND keeping them for good.
Here’s our little secret that has helped over 1,000+ women transform over the last 11 years – we really give a damn and care. Even though we fuss over good programming and coaching, the secret sauce is is that we care.
LiftHER is a womens only results based gym that focuses on group, small group and semi private personal training with nutrition coaching. Our primary focus has been helping women achieve results and keep those results for life. Whether it’s dropping body fat, building lean muscle, improving your health and feeling significantly better, or improving specific performance; we create a safe space for all your training needs.
Our gym is a small private space so that you can continue progressing your results under an expert coach’s guidance, with a supportive community, accountability from our team; without the stress of busy gym, waiting for equipment, with no guidance on training and nutrition, where you don’t know what to do every step of the way.
You can see the class schedule under the Timetable section in the navigation. You will see both Our Lifting Club and Team Training sessions on the timetable, (both of these sessions are included in the 14 DAY KICKSTART)
For 1:1 sessions these are subject to availability and can be enquired personally.
Our membership rates start at $199/month and we have programs ranging from Team Training (this is large group sessions), focused on fun and challenging classes that improve fitness, base strength, cardio and burn calories while improving body composition, to Small Group Personal Training (The Lifting Club) that focuses on building lean muscle and improving performance (this is one of our most popular memberships), and lastly our 1:1 Personal Training, where we completely customise training to you and your goals along with individualised nutrition coaching to get you the most accelerated results.
Our recommendation is to join our 14-day Kickstart and try us out for 14-days with no risk. The program is $149 and includes access to all our Lifting Club and Team Training sessions throughout those 14-days.
We feel so confident in helping you achieve your goals that the 14 Day Kickstart is our way of having you “try us out” before committing. Most people that do the trial continue with us as members of our gym.
Yes, many of our women start with us with little to no training experience and we help them achieve their fitness goals, while starting them where they are in a safe space, adjusting to their needs and goals, guiding them every step of the way. Our coaches are highly experienced with coaching every fitness level.
