If you’ve wanted guidance without feeling lost in a big group.. This is for you. The StrongHER Foundation is a female-focused strength program designed to help you learn how to lift properly!

What We Do

Training at LiftHER is designed for maximum fat loss and general conditioning while building lean muscle and training  pain free. Our coaching will help you find the appropriate challenge level to get you the best results. We believe that anyone can make you tired, but not everyone can make you better. In other words, we don’t break you down, we build you up and get you results! 

The Lifting Club

Our Lifting Club was created so that our women could have an affordable solution to building strength and dropping body fat. We focus on lifting weights, building strength and improving performance. 


The groups have between 1-9 women with coaches making structured and adaptable monthly programs (we adjust to the individual) as well as over-seeing every part of the training so it’s safe, effective, fun and challenging and you’ll never get bored – while building strength, muscle, and confidence week in and week out.
